We use the BAND app for most communication. Join EQUIP first — it's how we reach every family for anything time-sensitive. From there, join whichever others fit your family.
Book a time to meet with your learner and their Guide as needed. These meetings are an opportunity for the learner to share with their parents about their growth, the goals they accomplished this session, and the goals they want to set for next session. All learners are required to have a journey meeting during Session One.

Feedback
There are two surveys here, and they serve different purposes. The End of Session Survey is required by the Acton network and comes around four times a year. The Campus Feedback Survey is just for us, a way to tell AAWE how specific things on campus are going. If things are going well and you have nothing to add to the campus survey, you're welcome to skip it, and we'll count that as excellent for both of you. At the end of each session we'll share a summary of feedback results.
Tuition
Tuition is managed through TUIO. For the 2026–2027 school year, tuition is 12 monthly payments of $950. Click here to read more about tuition in the Playbook.
